He is the creator of the Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) baseball system which has shown promising results that could dramatically impact the baseball world in an overwhelmingly positive way.  Over several years of testing, working with the engineers at Delfi Medical to create new cuffs, and utilizing this technique with thousands of throwers from all levels, he has designed the baseball system that is rolling out to the public.  It has been shown to improve recovery time from injury, reduce time to warm up, improve throwing endurance, and positively impact throwing mechanics, as well as many other features still being studied.  In early testing, hitters have also seen positive improvements to many hitting metrics as well as warming up.

Dr. White is the founder and lead producer of the World Pitching Congress which is a baseball conference that brings some of the top talent in baseball rehab and performance together to educate the masses on what they do to make the athletes stay healthy and perform to their peak capabilities.  The World Pitching Congress is one of the top baseball player development conferences in the country.

Dr. White is a former adjunct professor at Maryville University in St. Louis, MO, speaking in the exercise science program.  Dr. White played baseball in college which was cut short by injuries.  These experiences are what sparked the desire to learn everything possible about baseball biomechanics and rehabilitation with the goal of preventing others from going through the same experience.
